Research Abstract

様々に修飾した酸化チタンナノチューブ及び関連の低次元ナノ構造材料を創製し、その機能解明・向上を目的として、溶液化学的合成法の最適化、多様な複合化プロセス開発を行い一連のナノチューブおよびナノコンポジット材料を作製した。その結果、従来にない優れた化学的特性や複数機能が共生した環境浄化触媒機能、新規な光機能などを明らかとすると共に、低次元ナノ構造とこれら機能の相関ならびに材料設計指針を見出した。
