Research Abstract

独自の自律型マイクロチップを活用して,ポリメラーゼ連鎖反応(PCR)不要の遺伝子一塩基多型(SNP)識別技術を確立することを目的とし,2種類の方法を検討した.電気泳動によって標的DNAを選択的に濃縮する方法では,感度に限界があった.固相反応によって標的DNAを捕捉し,化学的に増幅する方法では,分析時間25分で高感度に(百万コピー程度)SNP識別でき,後者の方法が大いに有望であることが分かった.
