| Research Abstract |
本研究では、「文化移民」や「レジャー移住者」としてオーストラリアに長期滞在する日本人たちのアカルチュレーションは、日本人コミュニティによって支えられては折らず、移住者の中でボランタリーな支援が始まったばかりという現状をインタビューと参与観察によって明らかにした。また、東南・東アジアからの滞日外国人女性たちへの多文化ワークショップ実践の事例から、多文化ソーシャルワークの方法論構築への端緒を模索した。
