Research Abstract

-PARC 原子核素粒子実験施設における原子核実験のための電子検出器のプロトタイプを開発した。要素技術としての大型GEM(300×300mm、厚さ50μm)と低物質量二次元読出基板(基材厚25μm+銅電極厚4μm ×2)を開発し、テスト動作に成功した。前者では1枚あたり15倍の増幅率、後者では位置分解能106 μmという性能を得た。一方で、実験で使うための量産への問題点をいくつか発見し、改良版の設計を進めた。
