Research Abstract

理想的な多層Dirac電子系における負の層間磁気抵抗現象の発現を理論的に導き、有機導体α-(BEDT-TTF)2I3 におけるDirac 電子系実現を裏付けた。多層グラファイトについて負の層間磁気抵抗現象を実験的に見出し、H点付近の正孔が持つ3次元Dirac 粒子的な性格により実験結果を説明した。単層~少数層グラファイト薄膜FET 構造の作製には成功したが、系統的な物性実験は今後の課題となった。
