| Research Abstract |
極低温(0.16K)・高磁場(15T)ではたらく走査トンネル顕微鏡を開発、これを用いて、磁場4Tまで、温度0.4K、4.2Kにおいて第2種超伝導体YNi2B2Cの超伝導渦糸の磁場勾配を駆動力とする渦糸集団運動を可視化し、動画を作ることに成功した。渦糸格子の刃状転位が、渦糸束の大きさを決め、渦糸集団運動に重要な働きをしていることを、走査トンネル顕微鏡による実空間・実時間測定により初めて明らかにした。
