Research Abstract

本研究では、銅酸化物及び鉄ヒ素系超伝導体の合成手法の確立とその評価を行った。Hg系銅酸化物については、合成プロセスの最適化を行うことにより、HgBa2CuO5+..において、数mm2角の大きさを有する大型かつ良質の単結晶育成に成功した。また、Tc=54Kを有する酸素欠損型超伝導体LnFeAsO1-y を発見した。系統的物性評価を通して、本系の超伝導機構と結晶構造の密接な関連性を明らかにした。
