| Research Abstract |
多様な光学活性有機ケイ素化合物の不斉合成素子として重要なキラルシラノール類の不斉合成法について検討し, ジアステレオ選択的手法とエナンチオ選択的手法を開発した. また, 本法で得られる光学活性なキラルシラノールの立体特異的な官能基変換法の開発に成功した. さらに, ビニルシラン類のオゾン酸化によるアシルシラン合成法を開発した. 一方, 面不斉を賦与したキラルケイ素化合物の創製についても検討し, その合成と立体化学挙動の解明に成功した.
