| Research Abstract |
本研究では, ホログラムを用いたガラスのフェムト秒レーザー加工において, レーザー照射において起こる高速な現象の動的な変化をポンプ・プローブ干渉顕微鏡により観測した. 特に, レーザーパルスを同時並列に照射した時に起こる特有な現象として, マイクロプラズマの衝突や衝撃波の合波・反射を発見できた. さらに, ライン状に成形したパルスによる回折格子の作製や計算機ホログラムの2光子吸収最適化法の開発に成功した.
