| Research Abstract |
リチウムイオン電池の大型化が求められ、このためにセパレータにも、高耐熱性、高耐薬品性、高イオン伝導性が求められている. そこで、本研究は、このセパレータを液晶性高分子(ポリアリレート)のナノファイバーマットから作製することを目的とした. まず、レーザ溶融静電紡糸法を開発し、これを用いてナノファイバー作製する事を行った. その結果、ナノファイバーが紡糸空間温度を高温にすることにより達成できたが、収率が低く問題が残された. そこで、ポリアリレートとエチレンビニル共重合体を同時に溶融静電紡糸すると微細経繊維が得られる事が明らかになった.
