Research Abstract

近年我々が見出した巨大増幅機能を有するダイヤモンド検出器について研究を推進した結果、縦型(積層型)素子構造の採用により検出効率が増大し従来の報告例より格段に早い応答速度が得られること、基板上部へのホウ素ドープp型層の挿入により低印加電圧領域で検出効率が顕著に増大すること、あるいは、微斜面基板の採用により高品質層の成長速度の増加・ドーパント取込効率の増加・品質向上が同時に達成できること等を実証した。
