| Research Abstract |
測定中に機械的運動を何ら必要とせずに鏡面X線反射率曲線プロファイル全体を同時に測定し、サブ秒~ミリ秒の時分割測定を可能とする方法を開発した。これを用いシリコン基板上のアゾベンゼンを分子中にもつ光応答高分子LB膜(6Az10PVA ; 9層)を形成し、波長375nmの紫外レーザー(CW、8mW)光を照射しながらX線反射率曲線を測定したところ、紫外光照射後10分程度からX線反射率曲線に変化が現れることを観測できた。また、液体表面(エチレングリコールおよび水)からのX線反射率曲線の測定に成功し、水中に球状タンパク質分子を注入するとタンパク質分子が水面でunfoldingを起こすことによるX線反射率曲線の時間変化を観察できた。
