Research Abstract

構造用金属材料における応力腐食割れ(SCC)、材料、応力および腐食環境の組み合わせの下で、微小なき裂の発生と合体、き裂進展、そして多数の大きなき裂の形成あるいは最終破壊というミクロからマクロにわたる階層過程により生じる。本研究では、微小き裂発生に対する確率過程とき裂の合体と進展に対する破壊力学に基づいて、SCC過程のMonte Carloシミュレーションを開発した。特に、本シミュレーションでは、平滑表面における半楕円表面き裂の影響と部材の応力分布の影響を考慮できるようにしている。鋭敏化処理したステンレス鋼SUS 304に対するシミュレーション結果は実験により観察されるSCC挙動を再現しており、本シミュレーションは実構造物おけるSCC挙動の予測に適用できることを示した。
