Research Abstract

動脈硬化や脳梗塞, 心筋梗塞などと言った循環器系疾患の原因解明のために, マイクロ流路内で血管の表面の細胞である内皮細胞の培養方法を検討し, 血流による刺激としてせん断応力を負荷しながら培養する方法を確立した. 特に, 内皮細胞の流路壁面への接着性の向上や培養液の還流方法を検討した. せん断応力とマイクロ流路内で培養した内皮細胞の形状や流れに対する向きなどの配向性の関係を詳細に調べた
