Research Abstract

本研究の目的はレーザー微細加工に「深い焦点深度」を有するベッセルビームを適用することにより, 簡便なレーザー微細加工手法を開発することである. ベッセルビームによるレーザー加工では表面ダメージが生じ易いことが欠点として知られているが, 加工雰囲気を真空にするなど試料表面の酸化を防ぐことにより加工ダメージを大幅に低減できることが分かった. またベッセルビームを発生させる際に用いるアクシコンレンズに要求される加工精度は照射するレーザー光の波長が短いほど, アクシコンレンズ頂角が小さいほど高くなることを数値解析により見出した.
