Research Abstract

位相整合を利用した光波混合型の非線形レーザ顕微鏡を開発し,被測定生体細胞として池や川など自然界に生息する緑藻細胞中に含まれる葉緑体細胞の高コントラスト・高分解能断層影像化に成功した.
