Research Abstract

電力系統に短絡事故等が発生したときに流れる過大な電流を瞬時に抑制する装置である限流器として,高温超電導薄膜を用いて,超電導から常電導への転移にともなう電気抵抗発生を利用した抵抗型の限流器の研究を行った。電磁界・熱伝導場・電気回路の連成現象解析用数値解析ツールを開発し,超電導薄膜と金属保護膜のパターニングや厚さ等,および超電導特性の不均一性が限流特性に与える影響について明らかにした。
