Research Abstract

プレーナ型磁性ナノ構造の作製方法の確立、ナノ磁性構造における磁気特性の制御方法の確立、及びプレーナ型磁性ナノ構造における通電電流による磁化反転制御の検証を実施した。その結果、磁性ナノ構造の作製に、原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)を用いたナノリソグラフィが有効であることを明らかにした。また、作製した磁性ナノ構造において、通電電流による磁化反転や狭窄化による磁気抵抗効果の観測に成功した。
