Research Abstract

コア径の異なる4種類のホーリーファイバ(フォトニック結晶ファイバ)の誘導ブリルアン散乱利得とパワーしきい値のコア径ならびに波長依存性を、有限要素法に基づく理論と実験の両面から調査し、ホーリーファイバの誘導ブリルアン散乱パワーしきい値が、コア径が等しい従来型高非線形ファイバに比べて大きくなること、誘導ブリルアン散乱利得スペクトルに現れる複数のピークと光学モードならびに音響モードとの間の関係を明らかにした。
