Research Abstract

アジア諸国などの途上国では、水源の病原微生物による汚染が一般的に起こっている。この問題を解決するためには、水の移動を扱う水文学に、微生物汚染を評価する方法を取り入れた「汚染リスク評価のための微生物水文学的手法」の開発が必要である。そこで、微生物汚染を評価・解析する手法を開発し、汚染源になりうる廃棄物層や河川・地下水に適用した。その結果、汚染の現状が明らかとなり、手法の有効性が確認できた。
