Research Abstract

熱間自由鍛造ができ,且つ,優れた靭性を有する鍛造TiAl基合金の組織設計指導原理を相平衡及び相変態に基づいて構築した.その指導原理に基づいて作成した合金は熱間自由鍛造が可能であることを実証した.また,靭性評価のための新たな手法を開発するとともに,その指導原理に基づいてα_2相とγ相からなるラメラ組織の界面にβ-Ti相を微細析出させるように組織制御した合金は,き裂の発生及び進展に対する抵抗が高く,優れた耐衝撃性を示すことを明らかにした.
