Research Abstract

(1) 弾力性カーボンマイクロコイル(CMC)の大量合成条件を確立した。(2)CMC触覚センサ素子の設計、試作、素子の最適作製条件の確立、及び特性評価を行った。(3)CMC近接センサ素子の設計、試作、素子の最適作製条件の確立、特性評価を行った。(4)CMC触覚・近接複合センサ素子作製の最適条件を明らかにした。(5)CMC触覚・近接複合センサ素子をロボット表面に装着し、動作を確認した。
