Research Abstract

本研究では、プラズマ材料プロセスの新しい可能性を開拓すべく、ナノ時空間制御技術を駆使し、液体中での低温プラズマ(ソリューションプラズマ)の創製とその材料加工プロセスへの応用を行う。従来のプラズマプロセシングでは実現不可能であった、湿度や熱的な損傷に敏感かつ溶液系のバイオ技術・医療分野での主役となるゲル材料などのソフトマテリアルに対するプラズマ材料加工法の開発など、新規プラズマ材料プロセス分野の新展開を目指す。
