Research Abstract

電磁力衝撃圧着における接合プロセスのその場観察ならびに接合界面形態と衝突パラメータの相関について調査した. 接合プロセスのその場観察によって, 接合が達成される領域では傾斜衝突が行われており, その衝突角度は接合部の外側へ向かう程に増加することが明らかになった. 接合界面は特徴的な波状を呈し, その波状形態の波長・振幅は衝突角度ならびに衝突速度に伴い変化した. 多層接合界面においても, 接合界面に形成される波状形態は上記の衝突パラメータで整理できることが明らかになった. これらの知見は, 電磁力衝撃圧着を利用した多層接合により高機能界面を有するバルク構造材料を得るための指針となるものである.
