| Research Abstract |
我々は、これまで金属イオンをはじめアミノ酸や核酸さらにはタンパク質などの抽出分離に関する研究を展開してきた。その結果, 単一の分子では抽出能力がない分子(主に界面活性分子)を, 特定の配列で組織化させることによって, 新たな抽出能力が発現することを見いだした。本研究では, これまで抽出という単位操作において使用されてきた単一の抽出試薬とは異なり, 認識ターゲットに対して高い抽出能および選択性を有するような分子集合試薬(複数の分子が集合してはじめて抽出能力を発揮するような分離素子)を開発した。その有用性をDNAの選択的抽出をモデルとして検証した。
