Research Abstract

カイコに特異的に感染するウイルスであるBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus(BmNPV)をナノバイオマテリアル(バイオナノ粒子)として創製することができた。機能性タンパク質であるヒト由来プロレニン受容体(hPRR)やBSAに対する一本鎖抗体(13CG2scFv)をBmNPV上に提示させることで、大きさ100nm以下の機能性ナノ粒子化に成功した。本研究で創製したバイオナノ粒子をカイコで高生産し、体液から高収率で精製することができ、リガンドとのタンパク質相互作用によって機能性粒子としての機能が確認できた。
