| Research Abstract |
本研究では,海面で反射したGPS信号を利用した新しい海面高度計測センサを開発した.このセンサは,GPS衛星を信号源として利用するパッシブなシステムであるため,小型・省電力である.また,一度に複数のGPS反射波を観測できるため,広範囲な海洋観測が可能である.航空機からの観測実験では,数十cmの精度で海面高度を観測できることが確認された.本研究成果の応用として,航空機や人工衛星から津波監視などが考えられる.
