Research Abstract

過去に、炭素・酸素同位体分離に成功した実験装置を用いて、窒素同位体分離実験を行った。分離係数はパルス幅、パルス周期によらず電流密度の減少に伴って単調に増加した。連続放電においては、電流値が低いときほど高い分離係数が得られ、0.4mAのとき分離係数の最大値1.64が得られた。分離係数、反応収率、消費電力の実験データを用いてプロセスシミュレーションを行い、十分実用化可能なプロセスであるとの結論を得た。
