Research Abstract |
クロロフィルdをもつ新発見の光合成生物Acaryochloris marina の光合成系の反応中心複合体及び光捕集系タンパク質の機能と構造その遺伝子をを検討した。クロロフィルd 合成系の原因遺伝子は未特定におわったが、クロロフィルdを使う光合成系の特性を明らかにした。多様な生物の光合成系の比較研究を行い、光合成光反応系の構築原理を検討した。新規の光センサータンパク質についても研究した。
