Research Abstract |
NotchリガンドであるJaggedが発生過程でDeltaとは異なる機能を持ち、脊索細胞の発生制御を介して、体軸構造形成に重要な働きをする事が明らかとなった。また、Notchシグナルを調節するタンパク質として、NLKを同定し、NLKがNotchをリン酸化する事で、その活性を抑制し、神経細胞発生を制御する事を明らかにした。
