Research Abstract

細胞内には様々な細胞小器官が存在し、細胞の機能を分担している。細胞小器官の存在量は細胞の需要に応じてダイナミックに変化するが、その調節機構については明らかではない。本研究では、細胞小器官のひとつであるゴルジ体の存在量の調節機構を解析した結果、制御に関わる転写制御配列と転写制御因子の同定に成功した。本研究成果は、基礎研究のみならずゴルジ体の関与する疾患の病態解明のための基盤となるものである。
