| Research Abstract |
巨大化酵母の液胞膜を用いた機能解析を行い、たばこKチャネルは特徴的なpH依存性を明らかにした。また、酵母の液胞膜内在性イオン電流を示すイオンチャネルは、Caの有無によって輸送活性が調節を受けることを見いだした。さらにKチャネルに存在する膜電位センサーの形成機構の新規膜組込みとなる、2つの膜貫通領域が相互作用をする様式が一部膜貫通領域の挿入に寄与する様式を明らかにした。
