Research Abstract |
植物免疫反応である過敏感細胞死誘導にOsNAC4という植物特有の転写調節因子が分子スイッチとして関与することを示した。また、OsNAC4は過敏感細胞死誘導時にセリン残基のリン酸化によって核に移行し、少なくとも139個の遺伝子の発現を制御することを明らかにした。さらに、これらの遺伝子の中でOsHSP90は細胞膜の透過性喪失に、IRENは核DNAの断片化に関与することを初めて明らかにした。
