Research Abstract |
リゾ脂質性G蛋白質共役受容体をリポ蛋白質作用の仲介機能ならびに細胞外pHセンサー機能という新しい視点から解析した。その結果、血管内皮細胞や平滑筋細胞における様々なリポ蛋白質作用がスフィンゴシン1-リン酸受容体やリゾホスファチジン酸受容体を介していること、また、細胞外pH低下による骨芽細胞のCOX-2発現におけるOGR1受容体の役割などを明らかにした。
