Research Abstract |
ディーゼル排ガス中の超微小粒子が母体を介して血液関門未発達の仔の脳に移行し、生後も脳血管周囲顆粒細胞の細胞内顆粒に蓄積し、核の断片化を引き起こすこと、血管内皮やアストロサイトなど周辺の細胞に影響を及ぼすことを明らかにした。脳内モノアミン濃度の変動、協調運動性の低下、記憶学習能力の低下などが認められた。さらに、化粧品基材の酸化チタンナノ粒子が、同様な動態と作用を持つことを明らかにした。
