Research Abstract |
ヒスタミンH2、H4受容体のカルボキシル末端の機能と細胞内情報伝達機能について、プロテオミクスの技術を導入して研究を行った。H2、H4受容体C末端領域の結合タンパク質の同定をおこない、H4受容体C末端に結合した蛋白質としてsmall GTPase Rhoファミリー(Rac1、Rac2)を同定した。H2受容体については、C末に結合する蛋白質としてDynaminなど12種の蛋白を同定して、さらにDynaminに関してその機能を解析した。臨床研究として、ヒトのヒスタミン神経の性差について[^(11)C]Doxepinを用いてPET臨床研究を行った。帯状回、前頭葉、側頭葉など大脳皮質を中心に10-20%ほど女性はH1受容体量が多かった。さらに神経性食欲異常症では海馬において高いH1受容体量を示した。
