Research Abstract |
We conclude that Ca^<2+>-permeable channel TRPV2 and Na^+/H^+ exchanger NHE1 play important pathological roles in abnormal Ca^<2+>-handling commonly occurring in dilated cardiomyopathy, heart failure and muscular dystrophy.
