Research Abstract

AIM に結合するタンパク質の候補が複数得られた。
ヒト血中AIM 濃度測定系(ELISA 法)を確立した。これにより、動脈硬化あるいは大動脈瘤や脳心臓血管障害など動脈硬化を基盤とする疾患や、他のメタボリックシンドロームと血中AIM 濃度の関連性、もしくは疾患の進行度と血中AIM 濃度の関連性を解析することが可能となった。
適時不活性化が可能なAIM コンディショナルノックアウトマウスのターゲティングベクターの構築を行った。
