Research Abstract

アレイCGHから得られたDNAコピー数データと臨床病理所見を症例ごとに対比し、臨床病理パラメータと相関するBACクローン50種類を同定し、胃癌専用のミニアレイを作製した。このミニチップの有用性を評価する目的で、新規30例の胃癌を用いて検討した。精度はリンパ節転移、肝転移、腹膜播種、深達度に対してそれぞれ66.7%、86.7%、86.7%、97.6%であった。以上より我々の作製した胃癌専用ミニアレイが治療方針決定に有用な病態情報を提供できることが示唆された。
