| Research Abstract |
血小板機能不全マウスを実験に利用して、様々なショック誘導や病態維持における血小板の機能を調べた。その結果、IgE依存性アレルギーショックからの回復機能、エンドトキシンショックに対する促進効果、アドレナリンショックに対する促進効果が初めて明らかとなった。今後は各ショック関連の血小板由来因子、作用を明らかにし、血小板を標的とした新たなショック治療に繋げていく
