Research Abstract

1. 生体吸収性ステントプラットホームの研究開発
Mg-Ca合金を用いて生体吸収性ステントを開発した。現在、臨床に向けて、材質や形状等の最適化を実施中である。
2. 生体吸収性ナノ粒子溶出ステントの研究開発
生体吸収性PLGAナノ粒子を電気工学的にコーティングする新技術を開発した。
3. ナノ粒子溶出DDSステントの有効性試験
スタチン封入ナノ粒子溶出DDSステントを作製し、現行の薬剤溶出ステントの問題点を克服できることが明らかとなった。
