| Research Abstract |
マウス肺線維症モデルにおける細気管支の細胞死、再生と線維化に関与する因子について検討した。マウスにおける細気管支障害モデルにおいて、細気管支上皮細胞のRNAを選択的に抽出し、上皮細胞特異的なmRNA発現を検討した。特に、細気管支上皮細胞の細胞死、老化、再生に関与する因子について解析した。ナノスフェアにBax siRNAを封入し、気道上皮細胞の細胞死に及ぼす効果を検討した。
