Research Abstract

本研究で我々は、経口TGF-β作用の生体内における主たる標的臓器は小腸であること、経口免疫寛容を増強する作用があること、マウスアトピー性皮膚炎モデルにおいて病変局所のアレルギー関連サイトカインの発現量を減少させることを明らかにした。また現在、山梨県内の健康な母親の母乳サンプルを用いて母乳中TGF-β濃度と環境因子との相関関係について解析中である。
