Research Abstract

3次元高速スピンエコー法による高精度検出について、我々の発想で、適切なT1強調プロトコールを作成し、技術的な最適化を自施設で行った。その評価については従来法の2次元スピンエコー法T1強調画像、3次元グラジエントエコー法によるT1強調画像との対比を臨床例で行った。その結果、転移性脳腫瘍の検出には今回、開発した可変フリップアングルをもちいた3次元高速スピンエコー法は血流のアーティファクトがなく、コントラストも良好で、脳表の硬膜や静脈の信号をほとんど排除した極めて優れた方法であることが、従来法との比較で明らかとなった。
