Genome-wide mapping of DNA methylation using tiling array and quantitative analysis using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry (MassARRAY), revealed three distint epigenotypes in colorectal cancer and genes methylated preferentially in HCV-related hepatocellular carcinoma.
