Research Abstract

肺癌におけるEGFR遺伝子変異の検索を進め、exon20の挿入変異はgefitinib抵抗例であった。Exon20、およびexon13のpolymorphismと臨床病理学的因子との相関を検討した。EGFR遺伝子増幅の検討はパラフィン切片を用いてFISHによる解析を行った。
