Research Abstract

siRNAで、CD151を中心としたインテグリン・テトラスパニン複合構成体を抑制、崩壊させることに成功した。さらに、CD151のノックアウトを行った後にMRP-1/CD9、KAI1/CD82の遺伝子治療によるカクテル療法を細胞株で行い、in vitroレベルでは、成功した。しかし、これらの細胞株を、ヌードマウスに生着させ、in vivoで数度のカクテル療法を行ったが、失敗に終わった。スキッドマウスでは、成功したので、この原因は、遺伝子導入におけるウイルスベクターの使用によるウイルス抗原に対する抗体の産生などによると考えた
