Research Abstract |
グリオーマ・脳腫瘍幹細胞(brain cancer stem cell ; BCSC)共通抗原を標的とした免疫療法を開発するため、分離したBCSCの遺伝子解析を行った結果、新規BCSC抗原遺伝子(A)を同定した。また、転写因子SOX6がグリオーマ・BCSC共通抗原であることを明らかにして、SOX6由来のHLA-A02結合性T細胞エピトープペプチドを同定し、BCSC傷害性T細胞の誘導能を証明した。
