Research Abstract |
われわれの施設において硼素中性子捕捉療法により治療した新規診断GBMおよび再発悪性グリオーマの治療成績を検討したところ、後述のように有意な治療効果が確認できた。一方で、硼素化合物のキャリアーとしてはtransferin-liposomeを開発し、これによる治療効果の改善を動物実験モデルを用いて報告した。 2009年度は上記結型サイクロトロ果を基に、多施設共同第二相臨床試験を計画している。加えて、新規中性子源として小ンの開発に成功し、新規硼素化合物と合わせた治験を計画中である。
