Research Abstract

α1アドレナリン受容体変異マウスを用いて、泌尿生殖機能におけるα1アドレナリン受容体(α1A, B, D)の分子生物学的メカニズムを明らかにした。α1アドレナリン受容体の中でもα1Aサブタイプの欠損により、射精機能の低下が見られた。さらに、α1A, B, Dの3つのサブタイプの欠損により、射精機能がほぼ完全に障害されることが明らかになった。
